R. Charles Moyer, Louisville, Ky. Charles is the dean of the University of Louisville’s College of Business. As an expert on the cost of capital and related issues, he has published more than 80 articles on issues such as leasing, public utility regulation and finance, and corporate governance. He has spent nearly four decades in higher education and received his doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh. R. Charles Moyer was appointed by Louisville Mayor Abramson. |
