Dave Tharp, Trafalgar, Ind. Dave is the executive secretary-treasurer/business manager for the Indiana/Kentucky Regional Council of Carpenters and serves as chairman of the board of the IKRCC Joint Apprenticeship and Training Fund. Raised in northern Indiana, Dave began his career in carpentry in 1978 and has extensive experience in bridge construction. Two of his four children have continued the family tradition by becoming building tradesmen, one as a carpenter and one as an electrician. David Tharp was appointed by Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels. |
